He could not be bothered to respond, let alone &quot;dialogue.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>If all I knew about a person was that he had made a public call for dialogue, I would suspect he&#8217;d be less likely than the average bloke to grant me an interview. Why? Because people calling for dialogue tend to be prissy.
