This same Howard Weiss (the rabbi of Chabad of Sherman Oaks) is taking over my Dr. Tima Honey Soda company after Marty Weiss, Berel Wilhelm (son-in-law) and Bob Sherman (lawyer) sued us out of business. I could not afford to pay the legal fees and run the company and offered literally dozens of times to make peace. Even on Yom Kippur! I took 3 friends too! I went to the west side synagogue and begged for help where Weiss has a permanent reserved parking spot and literally runs the entire west side of LA Brea Chabad.

When pleading before the Kehilla, after service, they laughed at me and scorned “How much did Weiss get you for?” This was one Rabbi Yanky Reichek, his personal assistant and all the other religious Jews joined in. Some people put up signs “Chabad Weiss, Opress the Geir, Wolf in Sheeps Clothing” to try to help us. Weiss then with his lawyer, and me with none, convinced a judge I was a physical threat and got a three year restraining order against me for the “alleged” signs and “harassment”. I am now the only orthodox Jew/convert who had an LA court restrain me from going to the Chabad LaBrea synagogue to pray. Isn’t that illegal? It was done by an orthodox Chabad Rabbi!

While in front of me in court, two gangbanger thugs on parole who had gotten into a gunfight in the street got the same type of restraining order! Weiss must be proud. Though he did testify he was oppressing the geir, which I will publish shortly. This is all at the sanction of one Rabbi Union and the RCC who has given weiss a “heter” to extort me legally, while Rabbi Union to this day has NEVER returned my repeated calls and emails. Are Rabbis like gods? When they don’t feel like answering can they just disappear?

So, I do know Weiss is capable of anything for money. The old man, David Weiss, trumps his “holocaust survivor” status and the few thousand dollars he gives to beggars to make himself out to look like a “tzadik”. Plaques on buildings and a few grand are what an oppressor does to save appearance. I would investigate several things – how many lawsuits has Weiss been party to in his business dealings? More so, how many patients in his elderly care homes have sued him? Old people in elderly care homes are the perfect victim for one such as Weiss, with his rabbi giving him a “heter” to pillage orphans, widows, converts, and innocent.

How did a holocaust survivor become so rich anyway? He came with nothing and doesn’t work – he learns until 2 pm every day – so what the heck gives? Did he assume a fortune coming out of WWII that was not his? Many questions surround this supposed “tzadik”. I do know in 2007 he had to stop “giving” because he had a huge fine with the IRS, like 7 figures. Rabbi Yanky Lunger, his personal assistant, told me and my wife last year. I also asked him for help settling our dispute – he responded that he was “insulted” and to never contact him again. A convert reaching out to a rabbi for help – what an insult huh!?

I can show you proof, I begged and pleaded for my children, and wife, for him to simply stop suing us and we would find a buyer and settle – he refused and now I am out of parnassah/living. Howard Weiss, meanwhile, who has NEVER even been involved in my company, is now supposedly going to take over as a “Director”, if I agree to sell my shares to them for .05 on the dollar. If not, they continue to sue me, even though the company shut down last week! Now, why would someone sue you to own a company that is now out of business? I owe $25k in debt for the company, and my wife worked for the company for 18 months as VP with no pay (about $75k/yr), so they are offering us $32k for a $560k company, and no mention of the $137k in back pay/debt – now that’s how Weiss does business!

As for Bob Sherman, one “orthodox” attorney, has taken a full-time job and moved his office to Weiss’s offices to do nothing but sue me full-time – a geir family of 5! He also wears the mark of the beast, a black velvet heredi kippa/yalmulke, so one would expect he is also going to be helping out to defend Howard. He’s the family legal dog and there’s not a scrap he’s not willing to lick up. I have him under review for revocation of his Bar for violating a judge’s order to leave us operating the “status quo”. He seized our corporate bank account after the judge’s order. This is Torah Judaism at its finest, it is NOT a “few bad apples”, Luke, it is the entire system. When people are “good”, it is them rebelling against the system. The religious system is rotten and it produces rotten human beings.

I am writing a book “Exodus Orthodoxy – How to leave Torah (Ghetto) Judaism” after the experiences and some other significant life revelations. I am the only living Orthodox Rabbi/Convert I know of who was trained by the Yemenites of old in Jerusalem, and has taken his entire family out of the lies of Orthodoxy and organized religion entirely. I am also the only living ex-Christian Pastor who holds both sets of credentials, so as far as I know, no Jew or Christian on the planet can argue with me nor convict me of “not understanding” and that makes for a Muslim too.

I know the sources in the original languages and manuscripts. I lived it, residing in the West Bank and actually doing the Torah most Orthodox Jews only romanticize. We were more Jesus than Christianity and More Jewish than Moses. My wife and family are witness and have been fighting this battle with me, side-by-side, in unity. My marriage speaks for my character, how many men can claim to have one wife through 3 marriages!

I intimately understand Yaweh’s control systems of slavery and oppression (esp. of women) and can unlock the codes like a master spy giving over the secret keys. The world shall know there is an alternative to the fear of the pubescent rabbinical Yaweh’s wrath threatening supreme “Karet”/cutting off, or the scorn of a Roman Jesus throwing sinners into hell. Both are quite infantile expressions of the underdeveloped, overindulged, adolescent psyche. With latent homosexual repression and oedipal fetish, the “singular selfishness” of being “chosen” creates within the human being a distinct distortion of reality to the level of psychosis. Or perhaps the New Jersey mafia of rabbis? Or suing a family of 5 converts out of Israel or making up the Holocaust, or conducting Pogroms or Crusades?

This is the Torah Jew and his quite dysfunctional Christ-child, who seeks to replace the oppressive father with his own distorted maniacal-feminine image of a softer more loving god-father, who grants all whims and forgives all barbarous acts with the simple request “mommy/Jesus please forgive me”; and Jesus is just the image of excuse disguised as “grace” required. These are the true “Nazis’, oppressors of mankind, and I know if one would look very well into history, you would find, the Jewish people are not as innocent as they claim. We all know the barbarity of the Christians and publish it today on every corner, especially if you are a Jew. But to speak against a Jew, today in the west, why, try it, go ahead and see what the ADL and rest of the “non-religious” Jewish establishment will do. There is no separating Torah Orthodox Jews from any other exclusionary group of Jews. All Jews, by definition, are separatists. Apart from the separatism, they are simply semites, along with all the other semitic Arabs, Kurds, and others in the Middle-East. No exclusive separateness or inherent specialty or chosen-ness. All unite in hatred against the rest of humanity. This is why we have so many guilt-ridden Jews who have started innumerable causes to do “tikun olam” repair the world. Because most Jews wake up at some point in the modern world and realize they are the cause of the worlds destruction! Why is the single most recognized Jewish philosophy, tikun olam, repairing the world?

What is wrong with the world? The Jewish people know, their twisted seed still permeates societies to destruction of itself. Every civil right movement is lead by a Jew – why? I’m not talking about Jews and Christians running media, banking, and government, which they do. I am talking about the so-called “humanitarian” groups, the ADL, the Christina Missionaries to 3rd world people, etc.

These are the most heinous wolves in sheeps clothing. A perfect world is if we removed the Jewish-Christian-Islamic philosophy of separation, oppression, and God-licensed warfare! Exclusion of another group of human beings, based on birth, is racist hatred, and I know intimately, this is what the Torah, New Testament, Quran and Gemarra teach intimately. “Israel shall dwell apart”, ask any Jew to explain this away. Before Moses Mendelson revised history, Rashi states emphatically, Israel is better than ALL the nations of the world in its position and should rightly dwell apart from any other so as NOT to become defiled! Gentiles defile a Jew.

Now, that I have been allowed, to know the Truth of the Universe, to be a direct victim of the “Christian Love” and “Jewish Unity” and “Islamic Destiny” I can unequivocally write and teach from their sources with absolute authority. As one can not tell a Native American what the US does about keeping it’s treaties or how it conducts laws and constitutions for humans or tribe in truth; so one can not call me an anti-semite or anti-Christian or the like. I am anti-hatred, pro-love, pro-humanity, pro-unity and as we ALL know, organized Judeo-Christian-Islamic religion is THE singular source of warfare and hatred on the planet today, and for the last 2000 years as far as we can tell, on a global level!

All POWER in the Universe is held in the minds of human beings. Human beings are the source of power, not green paper printed with men’s faces and not yellow metal. People give and take power all the time, as people we can eliminate centralized power structures and each human being can live free as we desire…end religious organization, end oppression!
